Recommend for a two-day stay

Spacious suite, lovely deluxe room, featuring two balconies with stunning views of the pyramids and the pool, paired with complimentary Wi-Fi to keep connected during our family visit.

The staff demonstrated exceptional kindness and efficiency, quickly resolving our room issue to ensure we had a view of the pyramids. The rooms were clean, spacious, and airy with fantastic views, and the breakfast buffet featured a variety of vegetarian options, catering well to dietary needs.

The shower temperature was not very warm, and food options for vegetarians were somewhat limited.

I appreciated the spaciousness of the junior suite, with its calming color palette and accessible design, making it easy for me to move around. The balcony offered a breathtaking view of the pyramids, truly a highlight of my stay.

Improved bathroom maintenance would enhance the experience.

I had a wonderful experience with the welcoming staff and the stunning views from my Deluxe Room with Pyramid View. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for visiting the pyramids, but I think the shower temperature could use some improvement.

The staff ensured all our family needs were handled smoothly, from arranging a private tour of the Great Pyramids to providing comfortable seating near the pool for my elderly parents. The breathtaking view from our balcony was a highlight of our stay.

My kids wished the hotel had more kid-friendly activities or entertainment options available during our stay.
